I voted "Good Idea, as long as only single static ip's are blocked, not entire ISP's, or Regions", and want to add that those IP's should be comming from a trustworthy source before you block them on firewall level. I do not think blocking irc ip's is bad, it will for sure lower the possib...

Filed a ticket (thanks for the tip) since it didn't work at first, I read Myles reinstalled the module and that fixed it, it is now running smoothly!

That was definatly not it, so I am abandoning PerlDesk. I will lookin into Cerberus, but I might choose Modernbill soon (which has a helpdesk script in it I believe) ...

What if there would be one domain (new-domain.com) that is used for tracking spam? All servers can use that same domain using subdomains (like what happens now with www6/www5 etc), and the domain would point to a page that shows it is used for spamhunting on the server. Those headers were from e-mail sent through webmail (directly from the server) ..
