Subdomains and addon Domains WWW2

Post by Marvel Stalcup »

I tried to add a subdomain and an addon Domain to persianpotter.com and received the following warning?

SubDomain Adder
The subdomain, firuse.persianpotter.com has been added.== WORKAROUND ENABLED == Serious Problem -- This should never happen!! The hostname (www2.pcdc.net) is owned by the user main2 == WORKAROUND ENABLED ==

Neither attempt worked?

What am I doing wrong?

I have tried every email address you list and all are bouncing emails???

Marv,

What are your Customer_Number, Resource_Number, and Provision_Number? This will let me see which account is yours and which server you are on. In the future you may want to use our trouble ticket system in place of the message boards. The trouble ticket will e-mail your support request directly to us. This forum is only checked infrequently and your request will be delayed. In any case, I suspect that you are just filling out the form incorrectly. Make sure you fill in all the blocks completely with the correct information.

Hi Matt,

I would like to post to your Trouble ticket but I never responded to your original email so it won't let me. I don't know my customer number, resource number or provision number?

I tried to to email to admin@priotitycolo.com, myles@priotitycolo.com, tech@priotitycolo.com, matt@priotitycolo.com, excal@priotitycolo.com and inquiries@priotitycolo.com and have yet to receive a response.

In the past I have received extraordinary servive from Myles at admin@prioritycolo.com but emails to him bounced.

I am a reseller junkmusic.org on your www2 server.

marvs@verdenet.com

Thanks Marv

Except for the last one the domain of the e-mails you quote are priotitycolo.com instead of prioritycolo.com .. That might explain things ..

Marv,

It looks as though your subdomain worked fine:

Current Sub-Domains
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
firuse.persianpotter.com (firuse)

What addon domain were you trying to add?

Looks like your ISP's SMTP server is having issues:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at ns1.prioritycolo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<marvs@verdenet.com>:
Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
