Typically file paths (im assuming you mean his home directory) will end up being either 1. a new user, or 2. a subdomain under your main account, depending on how it's setup obviously. If you've already created the account and need to know, login to the shell and type "pwd" and it'll tell you where its sitting.

Your still up to eh? I tried sleeping. No luck. Anyhow so if I have a client with a subdomain account of test.crappyhosting.com his file paths will be /home/crappyho/test/public_html ? I am trying to make an FAQ for my site. I suppose i could just create an account and test it under shell like you said.

definatly easier to just create an account and check where it makes it under shell as said. At this time of morning, i dont think my brain is functioning well enough to figure it out :D.

I used a nifty little program called helper.cgi. You just upolad it to the cgi-bin and set it for 755. Run it and it tells you all of your file paths, server info, mods installed, etc. If you want a copy of it I will send it to you.

Sure, sounds neat, could put it on some of our future "help" pages that i just haven't gotten around to finishing (gotta finish FAQ before you can put help pages up IMHO :D)
