Increased storage for emails

Post by sbrook »

Since there is a trend away from POP3 email in favour of IMAP, this means that users are starting to use up the disk storage allowances.

The cost of storage since I started using prioritycolo has declined significantly.

Any chance of getting increased storage quotas with our accounts???? (as in at no additional cost?)

Thanks

Hello Stuart,

This is something that would be better lent to email/helpdesk/etc., since it depends on the specifics of your account.

We are looking into a general revamp of the reseller packages, now that all of the servers have been upgraded (the general direction currently is to offer entirely new packages, which will include fewer IP options, and have overselling disabled [since it's been extensively abused in the past, substantially benefiting a select few, while making the service more expensive to maintain], trading off for considerably higher bandwidth and disk space allocations).

Why don't you send me an email directly (with your customer/resource/provision numbers), and we can take a look into your account?
