As some of you have noticed, we have indeed been processing many credit cards, and manual invoices late for the last few weeks. Our workload has been nothing short of extreme. We have put billing as our lowest priority below network stability, performance, technical support, and other issues. I appologise for any inconviniences this may cause, and it is not a matter of understaffing (fortunatly), simply an excessive amount of work relating to the move.
Our billing system is currently almost all manual prompted, as when we moved our merchant accounts to Moneris, they had no support for recurring billing. They have since improoved their system to include monthly billing, and we will likely begin utilizing that again within the coming months to help reduce needless administrative workload.
