Hi Guys,
This maintenance notice is intended to inform you that we will be performing maintenance on www2 through www7 web/reseller servers on Sunday November 30th, between the hours of 12:00am, and 5:00am EST.
During this maintenance window, we will be upgrading the Linux kernels of the systems in question, performing physical checks on the servers in question (looking for failed fans, etc.), and performing other general maintenance tasks.
Reseller/Hosting customers should expect to see several short interruptions in services, lasting from 3 to 10 minutes per interruption, as servers are rebooted, critical software sets are updated, etc. While the maintenance window in question encompasses a 5 hour period, none of the servers are expected to be off line for more then 25 minutes total, unless major unforeseen issues are encountered.
