Well as every customer knew (or should have!), we just completed our move of all services and resources up to Canada!. I believe that we are now one of, if not the most inexpensive colocation, dedicated server, and reseller hosting provider in all of Canada (whose still in business, i know there were a few cheaper that recently went under).
Anyhow, we just got the support forums back online, as all our customers knew, they were one of our lowest priorities, and everything should be back to normal and churning along quite smoothly at this point.
For anyone getting tedious network monitoring emails in error, please disregard them as the network monitor had to be re-setup from scratch with the move, and 2 of its modules (dns and https) are acting quite funny, and will be disabled until they can be properly repaired.
If anyone wants to scheduele a tour of the new facilities now that the move is complete, please don't hesitate to ask, and if theres any move related questions, might as well group them up in this forum/thread!
