Technical support during these dates will be very limited. Onsite technical support will be limited to emergency only, and a backup technician is covering the facility during this time. Unfortunatly I've got to attend a funeral during this time in Ottawa, and as a result will not be available for standard technical support.
Emergency pager will remain active during this time, and as always, is for emergency use only. Non-emergency issues will simply have to wait until December 17th.
Appologies for any inconviniences this may cause, but unfortunatly this is unavoidable (two things in life, death and taxes).
