Hello Guys
www4 will be undergoing a series of reboots tonight to troubleshoot a recent problem that has come up. As a result of this (it appears to be a software configuration error on our part), www4 did not smoothly update to the new kernel upon the last attempt, thus we will be attempting to correct our error tonight.
Customers on the www4 server should expect up to 4 brief outages ranging from 3 to 5 minutes of downtime per, as we troubleshoot this error, between 8:00pm and 4:00am.
