Scheduled UPS Maintenance - 19-Sep-2013 - 9:30am - 2:00pm

Hi Guys,
Please be advised of the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: Thursday September 19th, 9:30am - 2:00pm Eastern Time
Affected Device: 151 Front St., Suite 818 - UPS-A & UPS-B
Affected Customers: 151 Front St. Colocation, Dedicated Server, and Hosting Customers
Service Impacting: No - Precautionary Notice Only
Details: Powerware will be performing the standard annual maintenance on both UPS units.. While we do not expect this to be a service impacting maintenance, the UPS unit(s) will be operating on bypass, and should utility power fail at this time, there will be an interruption in services as the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) switches power from utility to generator. As such, this should be considered a precautionary maintenance window. We expect each UPS unit to be on bypass for approximately 30 minutes during this maintenance window, allowing technicians sufficient time to perform any/all invasive tests & maintenance items that need to be performed. The bypass will be staggered, to ensure both units are not on bypass at the same time.
Regards,
