Yes, I just read that a few minutes ago. I believe that was the problem.
I assume I need to create a new helpdesk account, then?
In order to change fix the e-mail then, do I just need to make the change 
in my client software to port 587?

Unfortunately for me, my ISP is Rogers High-Speed. Roger has recently
