Hi Myles: Thanks for the update. Hardware problems can be a real hassle... Thanks for the offer on a month's refund, but I will pass on it. You've been a great host so far, and I'm not really interested in getting a refund. It's not your fault the server crashed. The only thing I'm looking for is to...

Hi Myles:

Any update on www3? It's been a few hours now, and I'm just wondering when it will get back up.

Thanks.

I don't know how many there are, but I know someone who has the "stylusblue" theme. He says it looks different in layout. I haven't seen it. Myles, the reason I'm looking for this is for my new site www.DemoDemo.com . I am producing Flash tutorials for web hosts to use on their sites. I ha...

cPanel themes

How do I get all the cPanel themes available to use in WHM? I only have iconic, default, mailonly, tree and advanced. I would like to get all of them.

Thanks.

Well, you seem to have a specific problem with email notification to anyone . For instance, when I start a thread, I should get notified when someone responds. There's no bug. I know it works, since I have phpbb installed on my site and it works fine. So it must just be in one of your settings. The ...

I see what you mean. My main account shares the entire reseller account space with the resold accounts. I figured it would be assigned a fixed amount like all the others, but this will work just fine. And no, the forum doesen't seem to be sending out emails, it will be investigated sooner or later (...

I see, well I guess that makes sense. Although, months ago when I was using cpanelWHM I seem to recall seeing my main account in WHM. Perhaps I am wrong... In any event, I can in fact login to my cpanel. But if I do not have access to my main account through WHM, how can I make changes to it (disc s...

WHM setup of main reseller account

Sorry for all the questions, Myles, but once I'm set up, I won't bug you so much :D When I first set up with you, my main account was shown as waterhosting.com. So when I received a Welcome email, that's the domain it showed. But in WHM, it doesn't show up as an existing account. So I tried to creat...

Overselling in WHM

I know "overselling" doesn't sound good, but let me clarify. Let's say I have 60 GB bandwidth in my reseller account. Let's also say I set up 20 customers in WHT, each assigned 3 GB bandwidth. Technically, the account is full. However, the reality is that very few customers will use up (or...

Hi Myles: I appreciate your reply, but I'm still a little fuzzy on it. 1. When I set up an account in WHT, I should not mess with the DNS settings, right? 2. Should I be giving the .33 IP address to my customers for access (ftp, mail, etc) ? 3. Is the only time I should be giving my nameserver IPs i...

Hmm. After setting up an account, I can see in the DNS section of WHM that my nameservers have been in fact assigned to the new account. It still confuses me as to why the prioritycolocation nameserver is listed in the Results info, but at least the setup is working properly. Here's another question...

nameservers for new accounts

OK, ,I'm just starting to re-familiarize myself with WHM. I've been working with Plesk for the last few months. I went into WHM and created a new account. When completed, the resulting information showed an IP of 66.250.86.33 and nameserver ns5.prioritycolocation.com. Isn't it supposed to show my pr...

A refreshing change

Hi all. I just signed up as a reseller here at PC. As I slowly get settled in, I took a few minutes to read through the posts in the forum. I've gotta say, it's like I moved to a new country. In the past, I'm used to being in a reseller forum where everyone's uptight, screaming for service, begging ...
