Maybe her spamfilter (f.e. MailWasher) checks e-mail at the same time her e-mail client does. I've had this problem a few times myself, they get in eachothers way ... maybe that's the case?

Except for the last one the domain of the e-mails you quote are priotitycolo.com instead of prioritycolo.com .. That might explain things ..
