Word is cPanel now includes the osCommerce auto-installer. Is there any chance we can get that on ww4, or is it already available? Thanks.

Hey, It would be nice if you were able to: 1. Change the phpbb logo with your own in the forums, or replace it with a white gif. 2. Change the HelpDesk PerlDesk logo to one of your own 3. Myles, I know you already shot the idea down, but I think it would be an amazing idea to use generic names for future servers, generic domains that is. Possibly PCNOC or such. I completely understand where you are coming from, but think it would be a great option to consider for future server setups...

This only seems to happen when someone sends a ticket from an AOL account. Im just not quite sure what to do. Email piping would be great because my target audience really isnt all that technical.
