I cant install the forum scripts in any of my websites, it give me an error, just wondering if anyone else has this problem os just me.

After I set up an account, the customer can't upload the files until the the registrar dns revolves to my ip number, thats is my findinds. Is there a way for the customer to upload their files for is newly created account before the dns change takes place?
