Setting up domains on your registerar is something that unfortunatly (or fortunatly, depending how you look at it hehe) the customer has to do. Basically there is no interaction required on our part, and theres little we can do about it aside from getting the domain, username, password, and panel ur...

We are currently 100% sold out, The celerons are special as they have a signifigantly lower monthly fee and a higher setup fee to compensate for the costs of the hardware. I believe we gave you a customized quote for a celeron server though, if not, email me and i'll send you one Todd :). The setup ...

I think it would cause problems. Thats why theres a seperate dir for cgi-bin, just link it in to the cgi-bin dir and it should work :).

you have to setup your ns1.yourdomain and ns2.yourdomain at your registerar.

If your dns servers don't resolve yet, you dont feel like setting them up, or whatnot, you can always use ns3.prioritycolocation.com and ns4.prioritycolocation.com

you can always link them into your cgi-bin directory using "ln -s /cgi-bin/path /actualpath".

I dont think enabling cgi-bin in the base www directory is a good idea though.

It's actually a 1866, it's been assigned but is waiting for another number to go to (sprint has yet to install the second line, and refuses to allow me to "give out the number" until it's been fully assigned which involves the new line). What can i say, they've dragged their feet on this :...

Network Maintenance is now complete, and on scheduele. Unfortunatly i think we were all hoping it would be a lot faster (i know i was hoping for 10 minutes of downtime), but it was completed within the set timeframe, and thats all we can ever guarantee i suppose :D. If anyone had NOT received notifi...

Ok,

I've been told it may take as long as 6 hours to move the dual cisco 7500 series routers to their new home and get them all plugged back in and hooked up, but we're all hopefull it will take less then 2.

Lets hope all goes smoothly :).

Schedueled Downtime

This is just a notification that this Sunday Mornning, around 1:00 AM there will be a planned outage which may last several hours. This will be due to our partnered connectivity moving some of their Cisco Equipment to their new suite as they have expanded and were forced to move to a new floor of th...

I will consider it, Theres two problems i have with that idea though: 1. It doesen't protect them from anyone else with access to the forums (any other users), so if someone wanted to find them out, they could register, be online within 10 minutes and find them out anyway. 2. This blocks valuable kn...

good question :D. There are three things which will have it implamented: 1. When sprint gets their act together and gets back to me. 2. When i phone sprint, and demand it be hooked up. 3. When i go to a phone company who will get the ball rolling a little quicker! I ordered the 1800 number about 3-4...

Hi there Paul, Yes, all of the reseller plans are as anonymous as they can be made within reason (we've had silly requests to rename reverse dns of surrounding ip's, remove all references to our data center from the traceroute, etc. stuff thats not really reasonable). The IP's that are included with...
