Obviously with anything of this nature, flex also has to come int...

Typically file paths (im assuming you mean his home directory) will end up being either 1. a new user, or 2. a subdomain under your main account, depending on how it's setup obviously. If you've already created the account and need to know, login to the shell and type "pwd" and it'll tell ...

Just a follow up, the maintenance by Cogent has been completed, and the window closed after 3:10 am. No downtime was experienced as a result of this maintenance, which is reflected on the network wide MRTG graphs on the members page.

Under CPanel/WHM unfortunatly the transfer accounts function is limited to someone with root on the old server. As far as i know, there is no reseller backup to backup all clients in CPanel/WHM unfortunatly.

Schedueled Maintenance

Hi there Guys, Well, after the first move of schedueled maintenance went well with less then 5 minutes of downtime just over a month ago, the next bit of schedueled maintenance is here. Hi there MrCrap, To move them, i would keep accounts on both servers active during the move (the move should ideally take 2-3 days), and then inform your clients they are being moved, and minimal downtime will be experienced, if any. You can use the backup feature on the first host, and transfer the...
