forwarding email to multple addresses?

Post by dalala »

One of my clients wants to have one of their emails always forward to multiple addresses. I can't figure out how to do this. Is there a way?

Login to Cpanel, look for email properties somewhere (there are several skins that differ), choose forwarders, enter the destination email addresses in the box. Or your client can do this by logging into his or her email account's webmail interface and choosing forwarders. Of course, if you forward your email, you will not have emails delivered into your inbox -- they'll be forwarded away.

Thanks but the problem is cpanel software will only allow me to enter one email address in the forwarder and I need to forward an address to multiple recipients.

Keep doing the same thing over and over again, one at a time, but with different destination addresses. I have it set up like that for several accounts already and that's how I did it.

AFAIK, you can't do a bulk entry of destination addresses, unless you make a mailing list.

Go to the forum on Cpanel's web site to find a simpler approach.

Thanks, entering forwarding email addresses one at a time seems to work.
