Please be advised of the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: Thursday May 6th, 2021, 11:00am to Thursday May 6th, 2021, 4:00pm Eastern Time.
Facility: Tor1
Affected Device(s): backup1.tor1
Affected Customers: Customers who have accounts on backup1.tor1.
Service Impacting: Yes - Customers with accounts on backup1.tor1 will not be able backup to the device, or access existing backups during the window.
Details: Drives which make up the hardware RAID for the system will be replaced, and the operating system will be reinstalled. Users directories and backups will remain on the hardware RAID array and will not be affected.
