Scheduled tor2 network maintenance - 19-Nov-2015

Please be advised of the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: Thursday November 19th, 10:00pm - 2:00am Eastern Time.
Facility: Tor2
Affected Device(s): core03.tor2, core04.tor2, dist03.tor2, dist04.tor2
Affected Customers: Tor2 facility customers
Service Impacting: Yes - Customers should expect intermittent connectivity issues, specifically in terms of connectivity between the tor1 and tor2 IP space.
Details: We will be performing a variety of tests to evaluate the failure/fail-over configurations/conditions of both the transit links, and transport links between the tor1 and tor2 facilities in an effort to reproduce and resolve the ISIS routing anomalies that occurred in the tor2 facility on 30-Oct-2015. During this testing window, we will be disabling transport links intermittently on both the CDS and RBS circuits in the same order which led to the previous service incident. We expect the majority of impact to be routing between the two facilities (while we expect tor2 to see much less disruption routing to the Internet in general). We will attempt to minimize impact during this troubleshooting window, however some disruption should be expected due to the nature of this maintenance.
Customers in the tor1 facility will not be impacted by this maintenance (aside from impacted connectivity to servers in the tor2 facility).
