Well now,

The forum has been brought online, this will be used for almost anything you may need, and technical support for all *non urgent* issues.

For all current subscribers, feel free to subscribe to the news forum, and network forum to keep yourselves updated as this is where we will be announcing all network maintenance, planned outages, and conditions which may or may not affect your services.

just wanted to add to myles post about the forum...we also put up perldesk which is like a oncall help desk for any things that need to be fix in a hurry. feel free to use it perldesk

most definatly, the forum here is intended for people to be able to get virtually limitless *free* technical support from Priority Colocation staff, and from other users on non-urgent matters, as a value added service which we all realise isn't available from many other places within the same level of services.

I strongly encourage ALL Priority Colocation Inc. subscribers to register with both perldesk and the forum, you never know when they'll come in handy :)
