Hi Guys,
Please be advised of the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: Thursday September 17th 2009, 11:00pm - 5:00am EST
Affected Device: core02.tor1
Affected Customers: physically/directly connected BGP Customers
Service Impacting: Yes - BGP Customer sessions will be gracefully turned down for the duration of this maintenance. All other BGP network traffic will be re-routed around device until the maintenance has completed.
Details:
We will be performing preventative maintenance to address a progressive memory leak which has been detected on the supervisor card. Additionally, we will be performing some configuration tweaks while the BGP sessions are down, to reduce convergence time. We expect the entire operation to take less then 20 minutes.

Nope, only if something goes very, very wrong.lipak wrote:Does this effect Resellers?
BGP customers, are customers who have their own multi-homed networks, with multiple providers, and whose routers speak BGP with ours (all of which are colo's, no resellers/dedicated server customers are able to fulfil the minimum requirements to do this).
