Hi Guys,

Please be advised of the following maintenance window:

Maintenance Window: Saturday December 10th 2011, 12:01am - 4:00am Eastern Standard Time
Affected Device: core02.tor1
Affected Customers: physically connected customers
Service Impacting: No - Precautionary Maintenance notice

Details: We will be performing a long planned replacement of the core02.tor1 core router. The new router will be an upgrade from the existing Cisco 6503-E chassis, to a new Cisco 7606-S chassis. This upgrade will help grow Priority Colo's network capacity by providing a higher gig port density then previously available, doubling the number of line card slots, and adding 10 gigabit ports to our network for internal interconnects.

This maintenance can be considered precautionary, customer bandwidth/transit routes will be routed around the core02.tor1 router during this maintenance, and aside from having fewer BGP paths available, customers should not be impacted by these operations in any discernible manner.
