Is it possible to change a user and password on a reseller account. Reason being one of the staff have left with the details.

Password can be changed from the cpanel panel for the resellers main account, usernames cannot be changed.

As indicated, just do so through the cpanel control panel and you should have no issues.

Well then you better contact
admin@prioritycolo.com and have a copy of your welcome email with the correct information in it, along with access to the signup email address.
