Hello everyone,

On 02-Aug-2004 we will be performing maintenance on our core switch which will require us to reboot the controller cards. As such, we are scheduling a maintenance period, as this will impact services on the network for everyone passing through this core switch. If you are receiving this email, you will be impacted by this service. Our window is from 2:00 to 3:00AM, and the expected impact time is between 3 and 10 minutes of downtime. Customers will observe their ethernet connection resetting during this time, and should notice no other impact from this maintenance.
