Email problem.

I've got a client who is suddenly receiving the following error in Outlook Express when downloading email.

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes include server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity."

Just one client, so its likely on her end, however, any thoughts as to what might cause this message?

Maybe her spamfilter (f.e. MailWasher) checks e-mail at the same time her e-mail client does. I've had this problem a few times myself, they get in eachothers way ... maybe that's the case?
