Changing Host Name

I recently lost my domain due to it expiring at my registrar and due to email problems I didn't get their emails. But I want to start a new domain with a new name. I have a hosted account, how do I go about changing the domain name? Is there a form I fill out, do I email somebody? or do I have to cancel my account and create a new one?

Simply send an email, or helpdesk ticket with your account information (customer, and resource numbers located in your welcome email, or other identifying information to verify your account) and request the changes.
