Brown outs?

Brown outs?
Yesterday I could not access any of my sites or the Priority site. I heard on the news that the heat in the Toronto area caused record power consumption and there were several brown outs. Was that the cause of the sites being down?

You might want to check routing on your end if that ever happens again.
As you'll note by both the server uptimes (eg. just go to the server hostname, eg. http://www#.pcdc.net), and our aggregate MRTG graph:

We weren't down

If you see stuff like that again, fire an email to admin@prioritycolo.com with a traceroute to your site, etc. as it sounds like a routing issue with your ISP if everythins is green on our side, and you cant see a thing.
Notably, you may notice some changes in *our* site shortly, as we're just completing our own internal migration (new design, new server, etc.) but this has no impact on customer services (as our main site has its own server for obvious reasons).
