Hi Folks,

Please be advised of the following maintenance period(s):

Maintenance Window: Saturday July 25th 2026, 12:01am - 6:30am Eastern Time
Affected Device: Tor1 > Tor2 dark fiber - "West" Path (DWDM2.tor1 & DWDM2.tor2)
Affected Customers: Customers with direct wave services between the Tor1/Tor2 facilities.
Service Impacting: Wave services - Yes / everything else - no (precautionary notice only)
Expected Impact: Wave Services - service interruption on West paths

Details: We have received a maintenance notification from the [West path] fiber provider, indicating:
"As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the performance, reliability and integrity of our network, we will be performing fiber maintenance on Saturday July 25th 2026 from 12:01am to 6:00am EST. This work requires the replacement of a damaged cable.

During this window, you will observe 30 to 60 minutes of downtime. Every effort will be taken to avoid additional service interruption.

[Provider] will be using pre-maintenance statistics to confirm 100% restoration of all circuits after the maintenance is complete."

Our general network connectivity between the facilities operates over redundant pairs of DWDM units (covering the East and West fiber paths), customers who purchase 10GE wave services from us between the two facilities, and have a wave on the West path, will observe an outage to affected services during the maintenance window.

We do not anticipate any appreciable impact to other customers during this maintenance, due to the redundancies in place.

Regards,
