Thats just CPanel being annoying, we're going to have to change the way we setup the main page. On apache upgrades, CPanel tends to write a new index.html file to the /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ directory producing that effect. I've fixed it now (permissions got changed on the .htaccess somehow), but in the future, if you really want to see it, just use:

http://www6.pcdc.net/index.php
