Change SMTP port to something other than 25

Hi there:
Unfortunately for me, my ISP is Rogers High-Speed. Roger has recently
implemented port blocking on port 25. As a result, I can't send mail using
my domain directly from my e-mail client program.
There fore, I'd like to know if I can adjust my mail server settings so that
I can send my mail directly from my client program using a port other
than 25. Can I do this in Cpanel? If not, can I do it from a command
prompt, or can it be done for me by one of the support staff? I really
would prefer not to use mail forwarding.
Oh, and Myles, I tried to post in the Helpdesk area, but I got an error
saying that helpdesk username did not exist. Funny, I have an e-mail to
prove that it does. Can you help me with that privately?
Thanks
