Not able to create account at help desk get this error.

What username did you attempt to register under, did you double check that the password was correct in the verification input, and did you fill in all of the necessary fields?

Unfortunately perldesk is beyond a tad vague with most of its error messages, which is why it'll eventually be (completely) replaced.
