I've been on vacation since Sunday night,

Fortunatly we've been able to keep the helpdesk manned during that time (obviously), but unfortunatly, sighups, and billing were unmanned during that period as nobody else is authorized to do the billing and related materials (we do it all by hand), your account will be setup tonight as indicated in that mail i fired off to you .
