General Reseller Server(s) Maitnenance - 29-Nov-2009

Hi Guys,
Please be advised of the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: Sunday November 29th, 2009, 11:30pm - Monday November 30th, 3:30am EST
Affected Device(s): www2.pcdc.net through www7.pcdc.net
Affected Customers: Customer accounts utilizing the reseller/shared hosting servers in question
Service Impacting: Yes - 10-15 minutes of downtime per server, for reboots, and software upgrades
Details:
We will be performing some preventative maintenance to the shared/reseller hosting servers in general, including (but not limited to): Kernel upgrades, upgrading Apache to version 2.2.14 (as applicable), upgrading PHP to version 5.2.11. We will be performing the upgrades one server at a time, downtime will occur as the servers are rebooted, in turn, for the kernel upgrades to take effect. Customers should not see any other impact from this event.
