Please be advised of the following maintenance window:

Maintenance Window: Thursday December 9th, 1:00pm - 4:00pm EST

Affected Device(s): HVAC2, HVAC3
Affected Customers: All customers
Service Impacting: No - Precautionary maintenance notice

Details:

HVAC contractors will be performing preventative maintenance on our HVAC units, replacing fan belts, filters, etc. as necessary, and checking the general health of our units. Because the contractors may be working under the raised flooring infrastructure, and turning off units to perform said maintenance, customers can expect to see a slight loss of air flow/pressure near their cabinet intakes, and slightly higher ambient temperatures within the 818 suite. We do not expect this to be a service impacting event.

Note this is a continuation of the HVAC maintenance from 02-Dec-2010, which was not completed due to missing parts.

This maintenance period is now closed.

Unfortunately our HVAC contractors had a miscommunication regarding the required additional spare parts and filters, and the technician arrived with an insufficient quantity of parts to complete the remaining work. We will be rescheduling one final HVAC maintenance window at roughly the same time next week (again, non-impacting) to complete this process.

My apologies for any inconvenience the repeat maintenance windows may cause.
