Please be advised of the following maintenance window:

Maintenance Window: Tuesday 2012/07/17 23:00 - Wednesday 2012/07/18 03:00
Affected Systems: backup1.prioritycolo.com
Affected Customers: Customers with accounts on backup1.prioritycolo.com, backups for reseller servers.
Service Impacting: Yes - Server offline for the duration of maintenance

Details: We will perform hardware maintenance on server backup1. The server will be offline for the duration of the maintenance, and so it will not be possible to backup to, nor restore from, the server.

Customers residing on the /array1 volume will have their data migrated to a new physical volume, but will continue to reside on /array1. Customers residing on /array2 will be migrated to the /array1 volume. No loss of data will occur, all customer backups will be migrated prior to completion of the maintenance.
