Emergency www3.pcdc.net Server Maintenance - 20-Aug-2014

Hello Everyone,
Please be advised of the following emergency maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: Wednesday August 20th, 2014, 12:01am - 2:00am Eastern Time
Affected Device(s): Reseller/Shared server - www3.pcdc.net
Affected Customers: Reseller/Shared hosting customers with accounts located on this server
Service Impacting: Yes
Details: Current diagnostics indicate that the RAID controller, and/or hard drive backplane within the server is defective, after attempts to replace a failed drive in the RAID set were unsuccessful. The server will be removed from the rack, put onto a KVM cart, and components will be tested and replaced as necessary. Once this has been completed, the server will be re-inserted to the rack, and brought back online. While the maintenance window has been set for 2 hours, we're estimating the repair will result in 15-30 minutes of service unavailability during this window.
